Now, working as a private detective, along with his nurse/assistant Sharon (Bitty Schram), Monk acts as a consultant on investigations so tough that the police can't make headway. With his photographic memory and amazing deductive skills, Monk wants only to deal with Trudy's death and to regain his place on the force.     Great Entertainment

    Monk is very well written and sensitive. I love the title character and his vulnerability. Perhaps the very unfortunate illness he has is what makes him so human. OCD is not a funny disease, yet this show, although amusing does not mock or make light of the disease. Its an intelligent, endearing show, in my opinion.

    Trouble out there

    One of my favorite TV shows of all time. The price is right with this buy! Monk used to be on Netflix but then they took it off while I was mid reaching the series. Wrote a letter to netflix but never heard back.... Very happy my boyfriend got me the series so I can watch it over and over again as many times as my little heart desires. Thank you.

    Great deal for a Volume of a t.v. series

    We used to watch this show on t.v. When I saw this I had to get my hands on it. Monk is so funny and does his job on the show well despite all of his issues. I really liked it and the price was too good to pass up
