    Totally legit stem. The answer for epic gravel rides and smoothing out the front end for any gravel bike.

    I did some research and found some solid and thorough no b.s. reviews online. Then I took a chance on this schock-stopper stem and am thrilled how awesome it is. I'm 6'0" 175lbs set the stem to appropriate spec with included guide a voila. It looks great, like a standard stem with a little different tube style. I put it on a Fuji Tread Disc 1.1 and turned that into an even better gravel monster. It smooths out the hard hits and teeth rattling heavier rocks and bumps. The 20mm travel is all you need for that and it saves those brutal palm heel shocks that can happen on steep downhills . I'm planning on a Niner RLT9 next, and already bought another one of these stems for it. All my gravel bikes will run these. Redshift nailed this product design and production.
