1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges unless there is a genuine fault with the item that was not described in the listing, or as required by law.
2. Issue Reporting & Returns Window
You have a strict 24-hour window from the time of recorded delivery to inspect your item and report any issues (e.g., damage in transit, incorrect item received). This must be done via the eBay messaging system.
We will not accept return requests or issue refunds for problems reported after this 24-hour period, in line with the timelines set by eBay s dispute process.
3. Shipping, Transit & Courier Liability
Once an item is handed over to the courier and a proof of postage/drop-off is obtained, our responsibility for the item ends. We are not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft during transit by the courier.
Delays caused by the courier, including those due to bad weather, logistical issues, or high volumes.
Any Acts of God or unforeseen events disrupting delivery.
The tracking information provided to you is the sole evidence of the item s journey. All claims for non-delivery must be directed to the courier service by the recipient, using the tracking number provided.
4. International Sales (Outside the UK) - Important Notice
For all orders shipped to a destination outside the United Kingdom:
Sales are absolutely final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, and no refunds will be issued.
The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and handling charges levied by their country.
We are not responsible for items held or rejected by customs. Non-payment of these fees resulting in the return or destruction of the item will not qualify for a refund.
5. Dispute Resolution & Communication
Should you open a case with eBay or a payment dispute, you agree that we may share the entirety of our communication history, including all eBay messages, with the relevant resolution teams to facilitate a fair assessment.
6. Post-Warranty & Used Items
New Items: After the allotted eBay claim period has expired, any issues with a new item must be referred directly to the manufacturer. As a reseller, we do not provide a separate manufacturer s warranty.
Used or Open-Box Items: After the allotted eBay claim period has expired, we cannot be held responsible for any faults or issues that may arise. These items are sold as-is.
7. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason. This may occur if, for instance, the item is out of stock, damaged in our warehouse, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund, including any eBay fees you have paid.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
