Had quite a drawn out conversation with the seller when I just wanted to return for a full refund. For less stress and to just resolve it I ended up agreeing to keep the frame with 50% refund, even though I have no use for it as it’s a really different colour to that advertised. I’ve given it away to someone who can hopefully make use of it and would not order from this seller again.
