    I received item would not take charge which wasn’t sellers fault they told me to keep it & try to replace battery they would credit me back was unable to replace battery & never received credit that was promised

    Full refund was issued, and no return was even required. I allowed her to keep the product. Refund was processed through a different paypal, which caused a delay. As soon as I found out, I issued another one instantly. I would never in a million years not honor my word.
