The display box is made of thin cardboard. My only suggestion is that they should have used bubble wrap to pack around the display box to prevent the glass bottles from breaking the display box. Thankfully, none of the glass bottles broke.

    Great Label maker great Price.

    I have used Brother Label makers for years. I have had no problems what so ever with their products. I just upgraded to the QL800 and simply love it. It produces a very sharp print. And takes several size rolls. Brother is all i will ever use. Charlie.

    An excellent home/office printer

    I bought the Brother QL-800 to replace my 13 year old QL-570. The QL-570 still works but I wanted the black/red printing capability of the QL-800 and faster print speeds. The QL-800 was very easy to setup and all the necessary software installed with just one click. It couldn't be any easier. I was up and printing in 15 minutes. Of course, it helped that I was already using the QL-570 which made installing the QL-800 easier for me. The print quality of the labels is excellent as is the print speed. This printer is well worth the investment.
