It has the tiniest marks in the pole itself, which you can only see if you go really, really close. It's much heavier than my previous Shark but the suction is amazing. I have a Dog who leaves a blanket of hair everywhere he goes. So I'm hoping this Hoover will make changing the throws on the sofa easier too. Really Happy with my purchase & highly recommend both the Hoover and the seller.
