The only thing I could see waa the box was slightly damaged but who keeps the box anyway! It came in a case anyway and both me and mu daughter both love it. It dries my thick curly hair fast and I use the brush attachment to dry it straighter to then style however. It doesn't get my hair straight like a straightener would but it speeds up the drying time and helps the process of straightening!

I love shark but was a bit disappointed with this, unless it’s just me? The curls aren’t great, I can do better using a brush and a dryer. I do also find the 2 brushes are huge! Sorry!!!

But looks and feels like a new product and you wouldn’t tell it was refurbished by its appearance! Advice just always go for the certified refurbished from shark as it’s basically new!
