Considering it's refurbished it came to me in pristine condition and very well packaged. It works wonderfully although it will take some time to get used to it! It's so powerful! However it's the quietest vacuum ever! I'm not kidding, I had to check that it was on! 😂 It's also very smart looking and it knows what it's doing. I'm sure it knows more than I do! 🫣🤭 A very sophisticated and futuristic model and I love it!

Excellent suction, pulls you along as you use it and all the technological features just make this a joy to use. It feels very well made but is heavy so not for everyone. But, I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is physically fit, wants a vacuum that will last and wants all the latest features, including the anti-hair wrap which actually works!

First use collected so much dirt that I wonder if I forgot to turn on the old vacuum when pushing it around the house! It has a quality feel and is a bit heavier than other uprights . But boy is it effective. My gripe is that the ", auto Detect" feature isn't as quick to change as I would have thought. Going from wooden floor to hairy rug has caught it out a few times. But it has manual settings!
