The socket is very well made and has the strength required to shift a very tight sensor. It is very good value and excellent appearance painted black. This socket is designed to fit or remove a sensor with a cable attached and therefore requires an open slot to provide space for the cable. Normally such a slot would severely weaken the socket but this socket is very heavy duty to compensate for this.
