There recipes I have tried so far have all been stunning. Asma comes from Kolkata and has a Muslim heritage so there are very food is different to the Punjabi food that we see so much of. As I found when in India real Indian food is far more Sutlej and delicious than most that we get served, I acknowledge Atul Kochna is another genius. The service was brillant. Very happy

Great quality. Fab seller Only thing was it arrived in packaging I don’t think is suitable for hardbacks and it had a rip in it. Luckily the bubble wrapped helped, but the book could have been damaged which would have been a shame as the sellers kept it in perfect condition.
