The handset was advertised as 'used' but it arrived well packed in apparently brand new condition. The package even contained a note from the seller on how to link this handset to my existing base.     Flawed - but still good

    No-one could deny the build quality or features of these phones - they have every facility you're likely ever to need. The design is not so good, however: the sleek shape makes them hard to hold and easy to drop unless securely gripped but the worst feature is the charging cradle, which the handset finds difficult to engage with correctly. As an example, if not quite correctly aligned, Panasonic phones will tend to drop into the cradle = C620 Gigaset ones will tend to drop out of it. These aspects, along with some fairly unintuitive graphics, make the C620 series something of a 'triumph of form over function.' Nevertheless, if these aspects don't bother you unduly, they remain excellent value for money.

    Great for all house coverage

    Although very light, they are obviously sturdy and I have been using a set for a few years. Battery lasts about an hour or so when in use. Easy to add more units. Usual functions for a basic handset. No SIM copy or anything, and phone book doesn't seem to share across handsets.

    Looked like new and was easy to set up.

    I bought this to replace one that died. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition indistinguishable from new other than being in a generic box. The only other clue to it being refurbished was some of the settings which were not on default, but easily changed to my own preference as was linking it to the base station. There were no instructions, but a slip of paper with a link to an on-line instruction document was included, which made setting up easy and meant I didn't have to hunt for my original instruction leaflet. All in a great purchase as it meant I could match the other handsets on my system.
