    Disappointing experience. Item was late in arriving, however I get that sometimes this is out of the sellers control. When it did arrive, it was completely the wrong item to what was ordered. The clothes rack is cheap looking (had we wanted this one I’d have ordered it for a fraction of the cost!) I contacted seller, had no apology, no acknowledgment of their error, just a £15 refund. Not good enough, instead of getting a good deal on a decent clothes rack … I have overpaid on a cheap one!

    Wind In The Air!

    quality product, due to weight, you must mount into ceiling beams. relatively easy to fit (use an electrician if unsure). works fab, no balancing required. remote control a bonus.

    Could be better

    Bought the remote control option, instructions show a different bracket for this version which isn't supplied, given the extra cost of the remote control version this should be supplied with it as it's very awkward to fit without it it. Also penny pinching not supplying batteries for the remote and a bulb for the fan as these bulbs are now obsolete and only appear to be available in bulk online. I have older versions of this fan and quality seems to have suffered over the years in an attempt to shave money off the production cost

    So very quiet and brill to have remote ( if ya can get it off ya other half) to turn off or down when they have gone to sleep. Easily fitted. Worth the money.
