Bought this to replace a thermostat because it is 7 day programmable. Meaning you can program each day of the week for heat and air to come on or be turned off. This works great for our application because it's in a church. I only turn the heat up when we are having services. Real money saver. Good quality. Good instructions. Well worth the investment.
