Had issues with a postage surcharge but had great communication with the seller and no issues with getting a refund of the additional postage fees that I had to pay to get the item. Royal Mail said that the issue was with the seller not attaching all the labels needed to verify the postage paid for sending the item ( perhaps put on a different parcel by mistake ).

    Great piece of kit

    Its a quality piece of kit delivering amazing specs. Supporting USB type C and A is a major advantage. The competitors cannot withstand even two 4k screens properly. This one does given a proper DP/mDP setup. Tested on Mac and Windows, works like a charm. Gamers beware its not running native GPU, there is compression happening so performance in games will suffer. Only for office use.
