    I read all of the Hobbit/Rings books and...

    I read all of the Hobbit/Rings books and it's nice to see them acted out. When I was younger I thought that if you read a book, seeing a movie based on that book would be redundant, but that's almost never the case. Sometimes the movie is wildly different from the book, but even when the director tries to keep the movie faithful to the book, there's inevitably a different spin, and that makes things interesting.
