Had issues with a postage surcharge but had great communication with the seller and no issues with getting a refund of the additional postage fees that I had to pay to get the item. Royal Mail said that the issue was with the seller not attaching all the labels needed to verify the postage paid for sending the item ( perhaps put on a different parcel by mistake ).

    The best keyboard!

    This is a brilliant product. It's very sturdy and satisfying to type on with nice tactile feedback and the command buttons work so well with my MacBook Air. I would recommend to anyone thinking about buying it, the price is justifiable for the good quality as I can tell this will last me a long time. 5* keyboard!

    Should be a negative really. My Apple keyboard - was delivered by Royal Mail through the letter box & bounced off the floor. It appears it would have been more appropriate to put fragile stickers on it and preferably put in a larger box (this probably wouldn't impact on the postage cost) - so it would be hand delivered. Mine appeared to have just a thin plastic liner around the original slim Apple box. Time alone will tell if it's actually ok. Please advise for future prospective customers to?

    Responsive, small, light, easy touch.

    Great price from this seller. Familiar product as it replaced my previous which soldiered on for years. It's an American layout unlike my last British one, so had to get used to using Shift and Option keys for some characters but quickly learned the common ones like £! (See I remembered without looking it up)! On receipt it had to be charged of course (previous model was battery operated), but other than that I was good to go from moment one. All in all a really good buy.

    Fab keyboard, great for touch-typing.

    Replacement for my expired Magic keyboard. Needed an older version which is compatible with my ageing Mac, and am delighted with this, as it's brand new and works perfectly. Great for touch-typing. Only gripe is it's a bit fiddly to clean.
