    Authentic Mexican Recipes

    In this cookbook Maria Bermudez has shared many of her own family recipes, which have been among their favorites for generations. The recipes are a "Southwestern Mexican-American synthesis", particular to her own family's variations, likes and dislikes, with an authentic Mexican base. I have tried several recipes and liked them; one of the better family cookbooks, IMHO! Thanks for sharing Maria, and thank you too, Maria's mother!

    Thought it was a regular sized cook book, ie 8X12. It’s small at about 5X7. Do like its a spiral bound book, easy to put down without losing page one is on.

    I ordered several used Mexican cookbooks , this is my favorite. It is not overwhelming and uses simpler ingredients and isn’t gourmet ,complicated and tons of ingredients Mexican …it is home style cooking!
