    Item did not work as an off shoulder top. Seller quickly accepted return request which I appreciated. They did not refund the shipping price of $8 which was a little disappointing. I know the shipping cost was not $8 for a small package with a lightweight shirt in it. I don’t think I would purchase from this seller again due to that fact but I will take the partial refund and wish them well.
