    The box containing side bars arrived damaged and with large holes. Envelope having invoice was torn and no invoice. Contacted the seller straightaway but one day passed by and no response. Sent 2nd message, no response. I initiated the return process. Doing so, the seller suddenly became active and replied to my messages. He asked me to open the package and cancel the return process if inside contents are ok. I opened, the contents inside were ok. NOT HAPPY WITH THE POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE.

    Very good service from the seller, unfortunately DHL the courier service delivered my parcel about quarter of a mile away from my house! Not the sellers fault at all. But gave me two hours of trying to get my purchase. Otherwise it was as described and delivered much quicker than expected. Also well packaged so arrived in perfect condition even after collection from another property.

    It came fully packaged properly so the delivery driver couldn’t smash it to pieces which I bet you tried but luckily it was okay but overall looks great and the cost is really good.
