Of all the grip aids I've tried, from Mighty Grip to Liquid Chalk to Girly Grip (yes I have), Dry Hands works a lot better for me than any other (disregard itac and the ones for joint grip aids as they are their own league, in my honest and personal opinion) and is always my go-to grip. I practice at least once a week and do the occasional performance. 1 59ml bottle lasts me a month (I do need it in more places) but it stays on me for quite some time before reapplications are needed. So, yes, I do recommend Dry Hands. This review is a statement of honest and personal opinion.

I use this when working on aerial hoop and silks. A little goes a very long way, it’s not sticky and it doesn’t get all over what you’re gripping. I wouldn’t use anything else. It’s also handy to have in the gym for using on rings and bars.

I use this for pole classes and it is very helpful in maintaining grip on the pole, particularly at this time of year. Handy sized bottle, which lasts a long time when used properly. Would definitely recommend this.

Very useful as I am prone to sweaty hands, it is not sticky like others and does what it is supposed to do! Slightly expensive as it is a little bottle and I had to reapply every other turn on the pole. Over all happy purchase

I use the liquid for Lawn Bowls and it works just great, neither chalky or sticky. Would recommend absolutely.
