1. We do not accept any refunds of personalised products. Since our products cannot be re-sold once printed we will not accepte returns for any reason other than a technical fault. Buyers should note that any errors in type or spelling are not covered under this policy. We will not take responsibility for, reprint or refund orders in the case that a design with errors contained has been submitted to us by the buyer.

2. If there is a technical fault with your print we will reprint free of charge or offer a full refund. We may need to see photographs of the problem, or you may have to ship the items back to us for inspection. We are sorry but as shipping costs are not retrievable we will not be able to refund shipping costs for your return.
