Generally positive but difficult to put together because the 20mm bolts aren't long enough. I struggled with it for about 30 mins and eventually got the bolts to bite by leaving the washers off. Some holes didn't line up very well either.

very poor experience with this seller, we had reported a fault with one of the 4 chairs and opened a return, only to find further faults with the other 3 the seller wouldn't assist in handling the return, finally we were left we contacting eBay's concierge team who did refund the whole transaction, no further contact with the seller no apology or offer to arrange the return of the chairs, a real shame they didn't want to help! especially as good customers are hard to find in this day and age.
