    A must have read ! Don’t be fooled by low fat products anymore

    A brilliant read. Tells you the facts about sugar in simple terms. Highlights the dangers of the hidden sugars in our everyday foods. I hv purchased this book several times for my friends who love it It doesn’t over complicate the facts. Giving examples and colourful illustrations. Can’t rate this book high enough.

    Perfect

    Sometimes a bit childishly written, but good to understand his examples. Comprehensive. I have given up sugar and will think twice to give any food with hidden sugars to my granddaughter. I have had a sweet tooth all my life but he convinced me to give it up- if only to have fewer wrinkles in future. I will buy it again and again for Christmas presents.
