    Standard of excellence

In my opinion the best grease on the market. Have been loyal to this brand for over two decades for its consistent quality and durability. It is a well formulated viscous grease that is truly long lasting and waterproof and I use it on all applications where grease is required on my bikes especially hub ball bearings, bolts, bottom bracket threads, crank spindles etc. I have kept this grease in my Shimano ball bearing hubs for over three years and would only remove this grease when the hub needs a scheduled cleaning to remove microscopic metal particles that shed as parts wear. Otherwise,I would not remove the grease.I even smear a light amount when installing new shifter and brake cables. This is a remarkable grease that does not degrade and bonds effectively and superbly to all moving parts ...

  • GREASE!

OK, I've only used once on a used pair of Speedplay pedals.......easy peezy....If anything the logo, color and layout on the tube is worth buying 'Phil' instead of something from the auto parts store.

  • Phil has always been the best,in my experience.

The Best since 1974 when I started using bikes to get fit. Most grease manufacturers I beleive try to emulate Phil quality.

  • The BOMB!

Used this grease back when I raced BMX from '81- '85 and this was THE grease... Now that I'm back & collecting/restoring Old School BMX bikes, so glad it's still THE grease and still available to make every detail true the period of the bikes!

  • Phil wood grease is the best!

Best grease for bicycles! This is the only stuff I use and have been using since a buddy of mine first gave me some to try 7years ago. Works better than others out there.
