You should be able to get at least 2 layers of sealer, out of a 250ml tin for a 30L tank if applied correctly. we use this sealer in the workshop daily and have never had this issue.

Great Product - Still waiting on full cure time.
A little nerve racking preparing the tank, making sure of no spills. Tape and bin liners. Still waiting on the full cure but sofar everything seems to be good. Good coating of strong material inside the tank
