I must admit package did have hole torn in it...big enough for items to fall out !...ther fore after reclaiming my 3x missing items I apologies explicitly to this seller.she did enclose ALL of my items and were lovely

In fairness the vendor responded very fast when I enquired about the none delivery. Of course the problem was at the courier end and the supplier had no answers as there was no tracking. When I eventually received the parcel one of the conditioners had ruptured and so the package was full of conditioner which concerns me as I have made this purchase for when I travel🥴
