Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item or our service please contact us straight away so we can get to work on resolving the matter.
If you would like to return an item to us PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before sending it to us. If the item is faulty we will arrange for a replacement or refund for you. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning any faulty item to us, where applicable. Faulty items may sometimes need to go through a manufacturer’s warranty process before we can arrange a replacement or refund but this is given priority status and will be sorted very quickly.
As per the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your order within 7 working days, from when you received your goods, and return the goods to us for a refund. You must pay for return post costs and take reasonable care of the items being returned. All items must be in original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on items where the packaging is unsealed.
If you want to return the item because you no longer want it please do so within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unused) and with original tags and packaging. Once we have received the item back we will then process your refund less the original post costs. If the item was purchased with Freepost then the refund will be given less the Royal Mail postage price for that item. If the item is not in resalable condition (eg. Item or packaging has been damaged) we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace packaging or deduct a fee from your refund if the item is devalued.
If you have purchased the wrong size or item and wish to exchange it, we will happily do this (depending on stock availability). All postal costs for the exchange must be incurred by you.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods returned that are undelivered to us. Please keep your proof of postage in case required. If we have agreed to pay for the cost of your return post please discuss with us the best method for returning. Refunds and exchanges can only be processed once the original goods have been returned to us.
