When I ordered the item it suggested it could be delivered on Wednesday, It actually arrived Thursday morning, though I was advised on Wednesday it would be late and it didn't matter anyway, the plumber wasn't booked till Saturday. Now it's fitted and working I am impressed. It's modern, neat, looks good and works well. It was complete, nothing extra to buy, it was a straight replacement for the old one. The height is a bonus for us older folk. Also it was a very good price, so I'm happy.

Worth every penny, great value.
Very impressed, in fact I'm so impressed I want to buy another for my upstairs toilet but it appears to be out of stock. So if you have any more or get any more contact me. It took a plumber friend less than 2 hours to get the old one out and fit it, it looks good and works very well, super powerful flush and a relatively quiet fill.
