      Not only did the seller provide poor quality material that was haphazardly packaged for sale to me in a manner that made it unusable in the condition it was delivered in, they then proceeded to insult me for not knowing how to repair the material that they damaged. I did not pay for material so that I could then fix what they damaged out of their neglect. I don t need to be bullied by sellers on eBay.

      Buyer claim kinks distortions make the hand rolled tubing unusable. We sent him the procedure how to smooth out the tubing, and politely ask him to revise the feedback. Above words are his answer. Please think about his description words, should we send him a 10 feet tubing without rolling it? Is that feasible? Not sure if that is a good shipping method either. Anyway selling here to variety of customers is hard to please everyone. We hope customers are just as knowledgeable on this as we are.
