It may not have been a problem you could have controlled however this product left TX on April 27th, made it to Kansas City by way of USPS and sat there for 8 DAYS! I live in Mid MO and got it on May 6th. It worked out as I could not line up a welder for two weeks. Kansas City seems to be the worst as I have experienced delays from Minnesota through there too. Same type of delay. Last year Kansas City kept sending a package I mailed to Colorado to Columbia, MO, then to St. Louis MO and back again. It took almost an entire month for the package to leave Missouri! It might be worth noting for your time sensitive customers. I WILL do business with you again.
