    This was a most disappointing and frustrating transaction! I promptly paid for the item, which never arrived. Twice I messaged the seller requesting shipping information, and the seller never responded. No tracking number was provided. I requested assistance from customer service, and I am finally being issued a refund. Why advertise merchandise when a seller either is not able to or chooses not to send the item? That type of deceit is not acceptable!

    Boots were listed as men's. Boots were women's size 8 1/2 D. Contacted the seller explaining the mistake and he/she instructed me to stop buying used items on ebay and buy new in-store boots instead. Furthermore, seller said there was no such thing as a women's Tony Lama 8 1/2 D boot. FALSE. I sent he/she a listing for such boots, and a picture of the one's they sold me next to a woman's size 8 1/2D. I didn't even ask for my money back just an apology for the incorrect listing.
