    Ace personal trainer manual, 3rd edition

    Informative book. As this is the last year that you can take the test from this book, it won't be current soon, but it serves my purpose extremely well.

    Awesome

    Awesome. Not the most recent edition but it still helps for the exam. I have to enter at least one hundred characters so hang with me for a minute. Great book though. Very informative. Not much difference between this and fourth edition if you're wondering.

    Excellent textbook

    One of the best books I've read covering anatomy. Very concise n well organized. It made learning the muscles and their actions easy compared to other textbooks I've studied in the past.

    Still A Highly Effective Study Material

    I have just started using the materials recently. Though it's a pre-owned book, it's still a valuable asset for a beginner like me. The condition is excellent, and I have no problem reading it.
