Cosa que no entiendo ya que yo veo el producto dañado después de que el mensajero me lo entrega y lo abro, por lo tanto se lo comento al vendedor y el es quien debería ponerse en contacto con el mensajero no yo, ya que el es quien contrata a dicho mensajero para enviarme el pedido

the photos you sent me clearly showed that the item was damaged by the courier company, and that the parcel was also flooded with water. If you did not write down any damage report with the courier, I cannot claim compensation.
