    Bought as 'New with Tags' but when it arrived I was disappointed to find the tags had been removed, the seller offered to send them separately! The tags have been reattached with a safety pin. Perhaps the seller should have mentioned this in her listing and sell it as 'New without Tags' to avoid any confusion. A refund was promptly given.
