User friendly product
I wanted a sat nav but as it's only for occassional use didn't want to spend a fortune on a new one. This suited my budget and I've found it easy to use. The only downside is that if I use it locally round my area the lovely lady can't keep up with my local knowledge and I've been known to arrive at my destination slightly ahead of her!! Other than that I'm glad I've got this unit and would be happy to buy another garmin in the futureI wanted a sat nav but as it's only for occassional use didn't want to spend a fortune on a new one. I would buy better than more expensive brands
As with most electrical goods there are postives and negative things about the product. Postives *Simple to use and basic display. If you don't like fafing about with complicated settings this is the one for you, the settings are easy to change, diplay is not over whealming, quite simple actually. *Its small and portable *The best thing about this is that unless the more expensive garmin brand i tried, because it tells you exACTLY WHEN to turn. Even on a round about if you have missed the exit and your driving around in circles it tells you when to take the exit! *You can connect it to your blue tooth phone and use the touch screen to anser the call and speak to the person with out actually tocuhing your phone. Negatives *Its has a small screen *Its a basic sat nave so no traffic updates, live maps, text to speech etc etc *I couldn't chnage the keyboard lay out to querky even when i updated the software etc and followed the manual it had no option to do that so i was stuck with the key board letters in alphabetical order. * Batterty life is ok but could be better I would defintily buy this over the more expensive brand

I had a Garmin 200 which I found very good but the Garmin nüvi 215 Automotive GPS Receiver has more including bluetooth which I find excellent

This product is so easy to use. Literally plug in and tap in postcode. Has the added benefit of speed camera warnings. It is very good value for money. Have used other brands before but found this one ideal for its simplicity. Good size screen
