Total right off due to the way the seller packaged it by just using bubble wrap. But I can't fault their service as they quickly sent a replacement umbrella. Amazingly still packaged poorly in bubble wrap but luckily this time it made the journey unscathed. So draw your own conclusions on this one. A good outcome in the end.
