    Round two: After cancelling the transaction once, the Seller again makes an offer to m for the same piece of cloth, this time at a higher price. Again, I accept the offer and pay, giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, two days later, the seller repeats the strange behaviour of cancelling the transaction, falsely telling eBay that something is wrong with my address- but not communicating with me beforehand. BTW, my address is just fine. This seller's conduct is unreliable.
