I've just purchased a second repair for my wife's ZFold4, which has also developed a flex hinge fault - both phones the same age - both with the same problem - a design fault I think! Samsung were no help whatsoever, but this repair service has done an excellent job. Happy to recommend. Thank you.

Can't complain about the repair itself but issue I had was that it took 3 weeks to return the phone as opposed to 5 days mentioned on listing which is a long time to be without your smartphone these days with the dependency on them to do basic day to day tasks. No proactive updates to indicate there would be a delay and ETA for returning phone. Would suggest update listing to indicate it could take 3 weeks if that is a more accurate ETA
