    Worth the money but not so user-friendly

    Not very easy when setup through mobile, better when setup with my laptop. Some sign of use which is unavoidable, just fixed it with duct tape. Printing quality is better than expected, printing speed is fast. However it always show paper and ink at low level. Generally I am satisfied with it.

    So far so good!

    I purchased this because the price was good, and it said it came with a 6 month free trial of the HP ink. When I activated the trial, it actually gave me a 7 month free trial! Also, people think that is a fax machine, it’s not a regular fax machine, it is MOBILE faxing. It is a printer, scanner, copier, mobile fax (you do it through the Hp App). So far so good, it seems to be working okay, set up was easy (hooked right up to my WiFi), and I received my first free inks in the mail already (they are full size, the ones that come in the box are trial inks). It took about 2 weeks to get them, but that was fine for me. Anyways it seems to be working good, hopefully it stays that way!

    Good but not brilliant...

    I like the printer, but I don't feel it has the same build quality as my previous Envy 5500 series, it feels "rattley"and I definitely do NOT like that the on/off button is at the back of the machine! - it is very awkward to get to when you keep a printer on the desk lower shelf in front of where you sit.

    when I set it up at first it worked OK but it seems that you have to leave it on all the time, I turned mine off and had to reset it and start all over again then it started saving to PDF which gave me a headache to solve, print is good clear and happy with it.

    Impressive

    This is an amazing piece of kit so good to be able to print from ipad just not at all easy to set up and didnt come with instruction manual had to go on you tube to find password for printer took 2.5 hours to setup otherwise brilliant.
