      Purse was as described, like new with no noticeable signs of wear or damage. Price $27.99 was reasonable as was shipping. The only minor issue was a seller had price as well as ‘or best offer’. I sent the 5 offer limit beginning with $24 and the offer of $27 was finally accepted. I felt like I could probably have saved my time but maybe I just don’t understand fully how the best offer works
