Vinyl LP pressing. Soundtrack to the 2014 film starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, John C. Reilly as well as the voices of Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper. In the far reaches of space, an American pilot named Peter Quill finds himself the object of a manhunt after stealing an orb coveted by the villainous Ronan. In order to evade Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a group of misfits including Gamora, Rocket, Drax the Destroyer, and Groot. LP 1 contains the Awesome Mix, 70's & 80's songs that appear in the film as part of a mixtape in the character Quill's Walkman, which acts as a way for him to stay connected to the Earth, home and family he lost. LP 2 contains the Original Score by Tyler Bates.

    Snazzy Graphics and Cool tunes

    I loved the movie and really liked the choice of music for this soundtrack. Also the graphics on the LP are very vibrant inside and out. This will probably be adorning my wall as art. :)

    DISC one is excellent DISC 2 is not worth it

    Nice collectors edition but DISC 2 has no vintage songs only DISC 1 is very good.

    Broken Disk

    I bought the vinyl almost two months ago and really only cared about the first disk. Today I finally opened the sleeve for the second disk and it was actually broken. The piece wasn't in the sleeve either and I hadn't opened it so I know for a fact that it wasn't me. Such a shame that I didn't find out earlier because I would've returned it straight away.

    It was the right music, but wrong vinyl.

    I'm not completely upset with the vinyls. The set was new and sealed, but they weren't the red and yellow ones as advertised. Again not exactly upset, but not happy either.
