What wasn't defined in the listing was the fact that outside of the defect, the item is in as new condition, which was a delight for me to discover. Great packaging protected the item for its overseas journey. Item was shipped promptly. For me, a great transaction. Hope to buy from this stellar seller again.

However, I filed an appeal and after 10 days I received notice that I prevailed on the appeal and the tie was finally delivered to my home. So, that's the bad part. The good part is that the tie was much better than the photos. The condition and the packaging of the tie was perfect. The seller did everything they could, and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for a beautiful tie.
