    Nice 110 Volt AC Rack Fan (HS1238A)

    Nice 110 Volt AC Fan for Rack Cabinets or cooling electronics. I tried the supposedly quieter slower fans (not this one) but what's the point, A Fans Job is to MOVE AIR. This one is just as Quiet as the other slower fans that don't put out much air. This is the one to get if you are looking for a nice AC muffin fan for Racks or Cooling (HS1238A) Remember to order the Cord (AC cord not included) on some listings

    noisier than i wanted but very powerful

    this thing *really* pushes air... but it's pretty noisy. the motor is almost dead silent... but the air movement itself is noisy. I'm using it to cool a tube guitar amp... and it's probably overkill. also have the low speed version of this and might switch back to it because the noise gets on my nerves... but i don't know if that'll be cool enough. i guess it's a trade off either way. the low speed version is almost completely silent but has a very weak airflow... whereas this thing could probably cool an attic but you'll hear it. choose the one that's right for your needs
