Communication was good all the way and I purchased a new XPS tower, made an offer and got a great price with 3 year warranty. I needed a delayed delivery and this was carried out exactly as I wanted with DHL express being used. The PC Tower was in its original Dell packaging and very well protected. I would not hesitate to use again. 10/10
