    I can't begin to say how delighted I am with this doll and the others from this seller. They totally exceeded expectation. The packaging was the best you could wish for with an antique doll. They were exactly as described if not better and were a very fair price. They were posted promptly in a sturdy box for a fair charge. A wonderful seller whom I enjoyed great communication with too.     Item received safely today after a nightmare of a delivery where the item was more than a week late with very little useful communication from Parcelforce. The issue was with Parcelforce not the seller (so this nightmare is not reflected in the ratings) who tried to help by chasing / communicating with the Parcelforce. Item is as described. Would purchase from the seller again (but maybe not using Parcelforce).

    Shipping was fast, the pen was carefully packaged (an extra case was included, free of charge), and although the item was described as "very good", it was actually in mint condition. The price was more than reasonable and the communication was excellent. One of the best sellers on ebay.
