In the unlikely event you wish to return a product, returns will be accepted if requested within 7 days of receipt and items returned within 14 days. We will refunded your original payment minus the cost of the original postage. If you upgraded to a faster method of postage than that offered as standard, this payment cannot be refunded. Returns/refunds are subject to the item/items being received back in the original new and unused condition. All returns must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to all the terms and details listed above in the listing.

We do not stock pre-cut pieces of Bright Mild Steel, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Brass - ALL pieces sold are cut to length to the customers specification once payment has been received, as specified by the customer via the drop down material, diameter and length selections above. The ends may or may not be tapered and there may be variations in the cut finish. If you require something specific or want to make sure the item is suitable, please contact us via eBay messages to confirm. Due to the nature of the items, however unlikely, there may be superficial rust on some pieces. This does not affect the material and can be scrubbed down. Rust staining is not a valid reason for returns.
Under the distance selling regulations 13(c) the lengths of bar cut to each customers individual specification is a custom product and as such are not returnable.
The bulk of our metal orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 service. The Royal Mail website states that Royal Mail 48 items are delivered within 2-5 day in most cases with a small percentage of items taking slightly longer and may take up to 12 days. Please be patient as Royal Mail do not consider parcels lost until after 21 days of posting. We will have to wait at least this amount of time before we can consider a claim. As this is not a guaranteed service, please treat it as a Second Class service and allow extra time for them to arrive. If the item is lost, we will of course provide a full refund or send out a replacement.
