      They suggested an email and phone conversation in advance of purchasing their service to confirm if they could service my MBP (model A1297, late 2011). They could and turned it around in a week. Works perfectly again and I'm very happy. Good communication and knowledgeable people. Macbooks are great machines and it's a crying shame to discard one for a fixable issue, much better than buying a new machine and mine's 10 years old and hoping to get many years more service from it thanks to them.
