Fantastic service and great product and price. I ordered around 3pm on Friday afternoon and recieved delivery in Dorset just after 9am on Saturday morning! That's awesome. They looked identical to the factory fitted items. I fitted the replacement valve cartridges using the allen key supplied together with my own socket set, perfect operation. Franke website wanted £36 for their pair, so obviously £10.50 is a winner. Thanks, and I couldn't ask for better.

Delivery really quick, well packaged. Valve fitted the tap and stopped the leak. The lever did not push onto the valve easily and had to be 'persuaded' with some force. It looks fine, works fine, but I wonder how easily it will be to remove it for future maintenance.
