The quality of the rail and fittings are good and the appearance is excellent, the only negative comment is that there is no centralising slide to keep the slats equal when closed being that my blind operates from the right hand side and splits in the centre. Somehow I need to figure a way to overcome the problem !,

Some of the runners were out of line to the twist so had to click back into position a notch which always worries me that they will snap when doing it so would of been nice to have all Been lined up when sent to me. It is a good quality product however due to ill conceived Nanny regulations the draw chords have been shortened to the point where a person under 6 ft cannot operate the curtains without standing on a step ladder. This is potentially dangerous especially for older people! In my property thpull chord could be anywhere between 5ft and 13ft 6" off the ground!

I ordered, & then the day after the seller marked themselves on holiday for 2 weeks. I was hopping mad. The blinds were needed for the following weekend. Tracking showed it hadn't been sent after 4 days. I began to worry. I messaged the seller, who replied saying that it would be with me next day, lo & behold, tracking updated, & delivery was made. Everything in one package. As described. Fitted in minutes. Actually lovely blinds. Thank You.
